Damage

sometimes, it happens. :(

If your item is damaged during transit, email us immediately at customerservice@homemade-apothecary.com.  Please reference your name and order number.   Please also include a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging as this will be required when we file our claim with the shipping company.

All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING over $99!

FREE SHIPPING! That's right, all orders over $99 (after discounts) will ship for free within the continental US.

We are not responsible for orders shown as being "delivered."  If an order was sent to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for postage on re-shipping.  

We are sorry but currently we can not accept international shipping requests.

 

Returns

if you don't love it...

We really, really want you to love our product and we want you to be confident in your purchase.  If after receiving your item you find it's just not for you, contact us immediately at customerservice@homemadeapothecary.com and we will arrange return shipping for store credit (minus any applicable shipping fees.)

 

We can not accept returns more than 20 days after receipt of purchase.

Order Processing

most items are made to order.

Most HOMEMADE APOTHECARY products are made to order with the exception of our bar soaps.  Should any of our products become unavailable after ordering, we will contact you regarding cancellation/substitution.  Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding holidays) for processing of your order.
